Refrigeration dryer RKT-CQ 0020 – 0850 AB

The RKT-CQ refrigeration dryers are designed as stand-alone units, equipped with a specially developed microcontroller for the electronic control of the condensate-solenoid-valve, fan and pressure dew point display. An air-to-air heat exchanger together with the refrigerant-to-air heat exchanger ensures energy-efficient and effective drying of the compressed air. Condensate is discharged fully automated via a time-controlled or level-controlled steam trap. The units are operated with 230 Volt AC and delivered ready for connection and operation.

Refrigeration dryer RKT+ 0035 – 0450

The high-performance refrigeration dryers of this series is equipped with an electronic control to ensure a safe pressure dew point and provide a constant high compressed air quality. The RKT+ dryers are designed to be mounted on RENNER compressors and are also suitable for suspension on a bracket or wall. By integrating an air-to-air heat exchanger and a refrigerant-to-air heat exchanger, the compressed air is dried extremely efficient and saved energy. The condensate is discharged fully automated and without pressure loss, by time or level-controlled condensate drain. The microcontroller specially developed for the RKT+ series controls the condensate solenoid valve and the fan and displays the pressure dew point. Maintenance alerts are also displayed. The RKT+ dryers are operated with 230 Volt AC and delivered ready for connection and operation.

Refrigeration dryer DC 1000 + 1175 AES / DV 1260 – 2000 AB / DV 1260 – 2000 AVS

These refrigeration dryers operated with 400 volt three-phase current are designed as stand-alone units for larger compressed air systems and are available in an air-cooled as well as a water-cooled version. The compact system ensures high efficiency drying of compressed air and fully automatic condensate drainage with no pressure loss. The DC dryers are highly energy-efficient. The robust metal housing accommodates an aluminum heat exchanger consisting of air-to-air and refrigerant-to-air heat exchangers as well as a level-controlled condensate drain system. The microprocessor control with display helps with monitoring and offers numerous possibilities for custom adjustment.

Three variants are available:

  • DC 1000 + 1175 AES with dew point-dependent energy saving control
  • DV 1260 – 2000 AB with hot gas bypass control
  • DV 1260 – 2000 AVS with variable speed control
