The new RENNERtronic touch control system has, among other features, an intuitive, smartphone-like 4.3" touchscreen. A timer with six channels is integrated as standard. This can be used to switch the four pressure belts, four potential-free relay contacts or to switch the compressor on and off. A USB interface allows easy uploading of updates. Furthermore, an interactive maintenance display shows the corresponding maintenance intervals. The control system is of course robust against dirt and dust and meets the requirements of the Industry 4.0. standard.

Further advantages are energy savings, safe compressor operation, control and monitoring of the plant, user friendly, increased operational safety and the possibility to customize and adopt the control to special customer requirements.

Various bus interfaces are optionally available.

The RENNERtronic Plus Touch control unit has all the features of

RENNERtronic Touch control. But it can do even more: The control system has a 7" touch screen. It is equipped with a base load change over control (BLCO), connected via an interface module (Modbus), this allows to control up to eight additional compressors in a common pressure band.

Several frequency-controlled compressors can also be effectively controlled in the specific best range. Due to the BLCO, the operating hours of all compressors in the network balance each other out, so that maintenance is carried out simultaneously. The smart controller can also assign priorities for the BLCO via the eight-channel timer. The RENNERtronic Plus Touch control also has pressure and temperature diagrams with daily, weekly and monthly scaling.
