PROJECT/REQUIREMENTS

The system for the Weindler company focussed on cost-effectiveness and environmental friendliness.  The aim was to lower energy costs, increase operational reliability and reduce maintenance costs.

SOLUTION

The solution was realised with the help of two RSKF-PRO 7.5 screw compressors (7.5 kW drive power each, with variable speed control, attached refrigeration dryer and heat exchanger box). Base load change control was made possible by the higher-level control RENNERcontrol. The installation site of the system was equipped with room temperature-controlled fans and new pipework.

IMPROVEMENT

The system was subsidised by BAFA and the goal of increasing operational reliability through the best compressed air quality was achieved. Overall, the electricity costs can be reduced by 42%, which corresponds to 6,000 euros per year.
