The guarantee of 100% oil-free and clean compressed air for direct and indirect product contact is essential for Nutrichem Diät + Pharma GmbH, which is why the compressed air system for sterile air was modernised. The economical operation also eliminates unnecessary treatment.

 

SOLUTION

The project requirements are guaranteed by three oil-free screw compressors (RSWF 85 D), one oil-free screw compressor RSWD 50 D and one hot regenerating and one cold regenerating adsorption dryer as back-up.

 

IMPROVEMENT

Nutrichem Diät + Pharma GmbH saves on unnecessary installations by renewing the compressed air system for sterile air. The hot-regenerating and cold-regenerating dryers also results in lower operating costs and reduced investment expenditure.
