PROJECT/REQUIREMENTS

• Expansion of the existing compressed air system due to increased requirements.
• The existing compressors were 1 x RSF 1-30.0 at 10 bar, 2 x RS 1-30.0 at 10 bar.
• This generated a total compressed air volume of 10.8 - 11.5 m³/min.   

SOLUTION

• Additional installation of an RSF-PRO 30.0 compressor.
• Further integration of a RENNER RKT-CQ 0650 refrigeration dryer and filtration
  in accordance with the specifications ISO 8573 1.4.1.

IMPROVEMENT

• Specifications are fulfilled by the new installation.
• Guarantee of high operational reliability incl. reserve for 24 hours at seven working days per week.
• Electricity savings of between 15-20% compared to the old system.
