In 2009 the construction work for the new RENNER office building in the in-
dustrial area of Güglingen has been finished. It comprises an architecturally
sophisticated office building and a recent factory and warehouse building.
The office building has bright and sound isolated rooms which are heated
by a geothermal water heating. Furthermore, the photovoltaic installation
and the thermal insulation are securing a saving power production. The
imposing RENNER premises offer further possibilities to expand.
